A deep spring cleaning may include any or all of the following:

• Ceiling and walls washed (separate estimate)
• Light fixtures washed
• All woodwork, doors, baseboards washed
• Windows, tracks, screens washed
• All furniture vacuumed
• All fabric & window treatments vacuumed
• All glassware tables, vases, curio cabinets & china washed
• All furniture moved to vacuum carpet
• All floors washed
• All wood furniture dusted and treated with manufacturer-recommended wood treatment
• Full bathrooms top to bottom
• Full kitchen top to bottom
• Full living rooms
• Full dining rooms
• Full bedrooms
• Outside patios/decks
• Outside rain gutters cleaned (see windows)

Each housecleaning business registered with Sunny Maids Referral Agency will quote their prices. The homeowner and housekeeper are to negotiate the terms + price of the business relationship. Generally, prices begin at $16.50 per hour, per person (depending on your housekeeper and area). Cost is based on an hourly rate and/or by the job.

$16.50 to $25.50 per hour, per person does not include cost of cleaning supplies.

Your referred cleaning business may bid your work on a flat fee for job or by the hour. As an example: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 2 people 8 hours each totals 16 hours at $16.50 per hour, which would cost $264.00.

Note: It can usually take 1 to 3 days to complete a deep, thorough spring cleaning; it's well worth the cost.
